Shipping policy
Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order. If you notice an address error after checkout, contact us immediately at support@bulanaturalliving.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it goes out. After the order has left our warehouse, any lost package claims must be directed to the shipping carrier, as we are unable to provide refunds at that stage.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier, tracking details will be emailed to you (via Ship Station). If you don’t see this email, check your spam folder.
Please note that once your package is in the carrier’s hands, Bula Natural Living is no longer responsible for delivery delays, misroutes, or lost shipments. Weather events or national holidays may affect shipping times.
If Your Package Shows as ‘Delivered’
If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
· Check with neighbors or household members
· Look around your mailbox or front porch
· Wait 24 hours, as packages sometimes get marked as delivered prematurely
Ultimately, delivery concerns must be addressed with the shipping carrier, as we are unable to file claims on your behalf once the order is marked as delivered.
International Shipping
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import restrictions imposed by their country. It is your responsibility to ensure our product is permitted for import in your country. We are not liable for packages delayed, returned, or seized by customs.
