What is Bula Natural Living?
Bula Natural Living is a wellness brand rooted in the traditions of Fiji and Ayurveda. We offer wild-harvested herbs, nutrient-rich superfoods, and natural remedies made with clean, authentic ingredients
Who is behind Bula Natural Living?
Our founder, Meenal, was born and raised in Fiji, where natural healing and plant-based wellness were part of everyday life. She started Bula Natural Living to bring the same purity and authenticity to homes around the world.
Are your products natural and chemical-free?
Yes. Every product is made with pure, natural ingredients, free from unnecessary chemicals, additives, or fillers.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers like Shopify Payments and PayPal. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
How long does shipping take?
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing (1–3 days).
- International Orders: We do not currently ship internationally, but feel free to reach out to confirm if exceptions are available.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of $10 for all U.S. orders.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once the carrier marks your package as Delivered, risk of loss passes to the customer. If your order is missing, please:
- Check with neighbors or building staff.
- Look around common drop-off areas.
- Wait 24 hours in case of early scans.
If still unresolved, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Are shipping costs refundable?
No. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@bulanaturalliving.com with your order details. Once approved, you can ship the item back to us for a refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, unopened items in original condition may be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly arrange a refund or replacement.
Where are your products sourced from?
Our wellness ingredients are wild-harvested in Fiji and sourced directly from their origins in India for Ayurvedic herbs.
Are your products safe to use daily?
Yes, our products are made with natural ingredients and are generally safe for daily use. However, we always recommend consulting a healthcare provider if you’re pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
Do you use artificial colors, flavors, or fillers?
No. We pride ourselves on offering pure and clean formulations without artificial additives.
